GRADE supports researchers at the early stages of their careers.
This guiding principle brings together a wide range of academic disciplines, working styles, and cultural backgrounds at Goethe University. Such diversity is not unique to GRADE—it increasingly defines professional environments across all sectors. In contexts where there is rarely a single “right” solution and many paths can lead to success, developing intercultural and interdisciplinary soft skills becomes essential.
