(Post-)Graduate Support at its Best!

The RMU Postdoc Career Weeks 2025 brought together early career researchers from the Rhine-Main Universities across all doctoral and postdoctoral career stages (R1 to R3). Participants also included researchers from RMU’s European partner alliances, UNITE! and FORTHEM, as well as other institutions interested in career development and research opportunities within the RMU alliance. The majority of events were held virtually via Zoom, complemented by a selection of in-person sessions at the Darmstadt City Campus.

Through lectures, panel discussions, and interactive workshops, participants had the opportunity to explore career pathways both within and beyond academia, build professional networks, and engage in dialogue with experts from diverse fields.
