GRADE Ombudsperson
Ombudspersons mediate between conflicting parties as confidential and neutral advisors and mediators. If you have a conflict with supervisors, superiors or doctoral candidates that you cannot resolve on your own, please contact GRADE. We will put you in touch with an ombudsperson. All counseling cases are treated in strict confidence. The ombudsperson will only act as a mediator at your express request.
In the event of a conflict GRADE recommends at least one coaching session with our professional coach. Sometimes this is already sufficient to resolve the problem. Find out more about individual coaching.
