Funding

GRADE Social Sciences supports

  • the organization of scientific events: Currently, we approve up to four events per semester (such as conferences, workshops, networking meetings, retreats, guest lectures, or events organized by Doc AGs or GRADE Initiatives) with a maximum of EUR 2,000 each.

  • individual funding for research activities: Here we support research stays, field trips, qualification programs, and costs for research equipment. (conferences, workshops, retreats, etc.) that promote their academic qualification. In principle, both active and, in reasonable cases, passive participation are supported. Currently, up to 15 travel grants are awarded per semester with a maximum of 400 euros each.

Applications can be submitted by 31.03., 30.06., 30.09. and 31.12. respectively. You will be informed of the status of your application after the following board meeting.
